Building HACCP into Your Food Safety Program is a 16 hour basic course, with the addition of a New module: a deep dive into Corrective Actions.
Learn to analyze and control potential hazards in your process to ensure safe food. Tools are provided to help build or update your HACCP plan, and to understand each component. HACCP training continues to be required for staff at most GFSI (SQF, BRCGS, PrimusGFS) audited facilities.
Certificate: participants are awarded an International HACCP Alliance (IHA) approved Certificate of Completion.
Preventive Controls for Human Food Training is the FDA's FSMA 20-hour course, also known as PCQI training.
The Preventive Controls rule, under FSMA, is Intended to ensure safe manufacturing, packing and holding of food products for human consumption in the United States. Like HACCP, it is risk-based but more extensive. At least one Preventive Controls “qualified individual” (PCQI) is required at each facility and a backup is recommended.
Certificate: Upon completion of this course, the participant is awarded an FSPCA issued Certificate of Completion.

Foreign Supplier Verification Program (FSVP) Training: Regulations require importers to ensure that food imported into the U.S. is produced in compliance with the standards required by the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act and FDA Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA).
Importers must verify that their foreign suppliers are producing food in a manner that upholds these produce safety regulations.
Certificate: Upon completion of this course, the participant is awarded an FSPCA issued Certificate of Completion.

Servsafe Food Handlers, Food Managers Certification Course If you work in the food service industry in the State of California you are required to get your food handler certificate. This eight hour course and exam covers all of the required topics such as proper times and temperatures for cooking and storing food, personal hygiene, equipment sanitation and information for the production/servicing of safe food. This course is designed for the entry level managers and supervisors.
Certificate: Upon completion of this course, students will receive a state approved Food Safety Certificate good for five years and their California Food Handler Card.
American Heart Association CPR and First Aid Training This course follows and meets AHA guidelines for first responder Heart Saver CPR and First Aid. Our Instructors are AHA certified and teach the course to the highest standard.
Certificate: Upon completion of this course, all participants will receive their AHA two year certificate and card. AED training is also offered at an additional cost.
