Policy - Cancellation, Substitution and Postponement

For in-person trainings, please check in to see that the class is confirmed prior to making flights or other non-refundable travel arrangements.

• Substitution: You may substitute another person for no additional cost if you are unable to attend the class.

• Cancellation: Notification 30 days or more prior to scheduled class - full refund; 15-29 days prior to scheduled class - 50% fee; less than 15 days prior to scheduled class - no refund.

• Postponement: There is a 15% fee to postpone and reschedule for another class if you notify us at least 15 business days prior to the original class date. A 25% fee will be applied for notifying us after that time. The replacement course must be scheduled within one (1) year of cancellation, or the fee is forfeited.

• If we must cancel a course or change a date or location -  Applied Food Safety Solutions liability is limited to the course fee only. The client has the option of a full refund or transfer to an alternative course.
